About Us
The administration of the day-to-day affairs of Ridgefield is led by the First Selectman, Rudy Marconi, with policy set by the five-member Board of Selectmen comprised of Mr. Marconi and Selectmen Bob Hebert, Barbara Manners, Maureen Kozlark, and Sean Connelly. The Board of Selectmen also appoint members to all non-elected commissions and committees in the Town.
