Town Hall Annex

Mission: The Ridgefield Prevention Council supports a safe and healthy environment for all Ridgefield families through awareness, education and positive alternatives to alcohol and other substance use and to reduce high-risk youth behaviors

 "Ridgefield Prevention Council meetings will be conducted under Roberts Rules of Order and all participants are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and treat all those present with respect, empathy and civility."

  • Planet Pizza Update from January
  • Pizza Box Stickers- Ordered for March (gambling) & April (alcohol)
  • Lock Bags (moved to February)
    • Who has a list? Where are we delivering 
  • Screenagers Event- April 22
    • Town to Pay Invoice
    • Pending Playhouse (contract yet?)
    • Have Kids In Crisis Counselor Brittany Williams (1 guest speaker- need 1-2 more)
  • 40 Developmental Asset Event Update/ Family University (maybe moving up to middle school/ high school?)
    • Must be in person
    • Sent Denise previous flyers
    • Need to organize: May? June?
  • Grants
    • Thrift Shop closed before we could submit
    • Need to look into other grants
