Accepting Applications: Social Media Manager
The Ridgefield Commemorates America at 250 Committee is accepting proposals for those interested in taking on the job of Social Media Manager for the committee’s efforts from January 1, 2025, through July 4, 2026.
The contractor position includes the following:
- Full management of social media accounts (Instagram and possibly Facebook)
- Two to four weekly posts and stories, all engagements, interactions, and strategic upkeep
- Once per month on-site Content Capture (photo and video)
- Copy for press releases, editorial articles, longer form posts, etc.
- On-demand Live Event production consult
- Liaison for gala events, children's programs, or other community experiences
- Delivery of monthly analytics
Please send a one-page proposal providing background, point-of-view on the project, and monthly fee. The monthly fee should be progressive: beginning lower from January 1, 2025, to June 30, 2025, then leveling off at a higher and likely set amount from July 1, 2025, to July 1, 2026.
