Ridgefield PZC Hosts Public
Workshop for Branchville Area
The Ridgefield Planning & Zoning Commission invites residents and stakeholders to participate in an in-person workshop to discuss the future of the Branchville area on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Main Program Room of the Ridgefield Library. As part of a community-wide conversation about the future of Branchville, the Commission is exploring how to support development in alignment with the 2017 Branchville Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Plan. While no zoning amendments have been proposed at this time, the Town is beginning to consider potential changes and wants to better understand the community’s perspectives before any decisions are made.
This public workshop will:
