The Canine Division of the Ridgefield Police Department is managed by civilian Animal Control Officer Kris Zulkeski, under the supervision of the Chief of Police. ACO Zulkeski manages all dog complaints, shelter strays, and licensing of dogs within the Town of Ridgefield. He also works closely with the CT DEEP, Woodcock Nature Center, Ridgefield Parks Dept., and area wildlife experts to develop educational programs for the community.
