The administration of the day-to-day affairs of Ridgefield is led by the First Selectperson, Rudy Marconi, with policy set by the five-member Board of Selectpersons. The First Selectperson is a full-time salaried position; the remaining Selectpersons are unsalaried. The First Selectperson also serves as ex-officio member of all Town boards, committees and commissions.
