Reminder: Tree Committee meetings are normally held at 6:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of
each month except for July and December.
Tuesday, November 11 is Veteran’s Day; to accommodate members’ schedules, the November
meeting of the Committee will be held at 5:00 p.m. instead of 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday,
November 12.

Policy: Tree Committee meetings will be conducted under Roberts Rules of Order and all participants are expected to 
conduct themselves with dignity and treat all those present with respect, empathy and civility.
