Description: Responsible for all golf course maintenance practices and duties as required by the Golf Course Superintendent. Performs heavy manual labor such as but not limited to drainage, trim work, golf course irrigation repair, cup placement. Operates all turf related equipment i.e. greens mowers, tee mowers, mechanical trap rake, fairway mowers, turf tractor-gang mowers etc. Assist in all golf course irrigation practices. Assist in basic servicing duties such as changing oil and greasing golf course related equipment. Work in a custodial capacity to maintain shop and golf course grounds.

Qualifications: Ideal candidate will possess two to five years experience in golf course maintenance and have a valid Connecticut DEC Supervisory Pesticide Applicator License. Must have a valid Driver’s License. High School graduate or equivalent.

Full-time (40 hours per week) and mandatory weekends
Overtime during the "Open Season"
Salary Range: $31.57 per hour to start
