Jennifer Caron's career with the Town began in the Information Office at Town Hall in 2022. She quickly recognized what a great place it is to work so when the opportunity to serve as the Democratic Registrar of Voters came along, she didn't hesitate to apply. Jennifer now proudly serves our community bringing to the table her love for Ridgefield and dedication to supporting our residents. 

Jennifer, who grew up in Ansonia, moved to Ridgefield when her children were young, drawn to the family-friendly atmosphere and the charm of Main Street favorites like the Library and Books on the Common. With family close by in Redding, Ridgefield was the perfect fit. Before calling Ridgefield home, Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth and her graduate degree from Cornell, which led to a marketing career with GE and LG - companies that placed her all over the country. Ridgefield was the first place that she chose herself to call home.

When she is not at the office, Jennifer is busy with her children's activities, volunteering with NCL and ACT, and playing Mahjong.
